Call for Participation: Performance Improvement in the Water Services Sector Master Class-: 01- 02 March 2017, Durban
Dear Water and Sanitation Practitioner
The Municipal Benchmarking Initiative (MBI, including the South African Local Government Association (SALGA) and the Water Research Commission (WRC), and in partnership with eThekwini Municipality’s Water and Sanitation (EWS), are hosting a two-day Water Services Master Class on Performance Improvement for Water and Sanitation practitioners.
The Master Class will run from Wednesday 01 March 2017 to Thursday 02 March 2017 at Moses Mabhida Stadium in Durban (South Africa). Please see below the Invitation to the Water and Sanitation Masterclass and the Course Outline. The final programme will be sent to all those who have been successfully registered. Please note that the CLOSING DATE FOR REGISTRATION IS 20 FEBRUARY 2017.
