Targeted municipalities included, Laingsburg Local Municipality, Oudtshoorn Local Municipality and Prince Albert Local Municipality. Working sessions were facilitated with both technical, elected officials and DWS National and Regional Officials as well as the Department of Planning Monitoring and Evaluation (DPME) who attended the Oudtshoorn Local Municipality session.
